We have been shortlisted!
TheBusinessDesk.com initiated the North West Leadership Awards to commend individuals who serve as role models within their organisations, setting higher standards for their peers.
As a shortlisted leader, I’m humbled to be recognised among such esteemed peers . This event is a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge the collective achievements of businesses in our region, and I look forward to attending this year.
Some of Our Recent Charity Events
This year we have successfully raised money through events like the tyre flip challenge, flipping tractor tyres between Wallasey Town Hall and New Brighton (2.2 miles, 3.5km.) and charity golf tournament.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all who supported, participated in, and donated to these events. They were a huge success thanks to our dedicated partners and volunteers. Together we exceeded our fundraising targets, enabling us to provide much-needed assistance to those in need. It’s inspiring to see such consistent support year after year for these impactful events. The funds and positive feedback we’ve received highlight how our community comes together to create meaningful change.
Thank you again for making this possible through your time, efforts, and donations.
We look forward to seeing you at next year’s events!
Human beings are very emotional creatures, and our emotions more often than not are the drivers for our behaviour, why we do and say the things we do and say!
What we see on the Iceberg metaphor above the water line, is how we show up on a behavioural level, positive or negative, however what goes on below the water line and more importantly what has gone on historically in our lives, all contributes to our day-to-day behaviours.
When we add together our conditioning since childhood, the beliefs and values system that we are operating from, the driving force behind our attitudes, what we perceive is not always the truth, and the contributors to our attitudes, ourselves our history and experiences, concern for what does the future hold, our environments and the people within those environments, our feelings and emotions are the framework for our outwardly visible behaviours.
These can all be changed for the better, what happens below the waterline can be regularly assessed, addressed & upgraded, resulting in better communication, resourceful and logical thought processing, and more favourable behavioural patterns.
Make time for your Wellness or be forced to make time for your illness!
Be proactive not reactive toward your physical, mental health and Wellness.

- Retiring from the hostile environment security sector in 2016 as the Project Manager, Security Risk Management Consultant, Ministry of Counter Narcotics Afghanistan.
Between 2016 and 2018 I took post at the prestigious Pilgrim’s Group Security Training Academy as an International Hostile Environment Awareness Instructor (HEAT).
Following the realisation after multiple years of working in hostile environments that my personal stress levels were effecting my own mental health & wellness, I began to undertake further education; gained deeper understanding of stress, distress & mental health issues, learning coping strategies and techniques.
I was looking for a Platform which offered methods of physical training combined with multiple mental health awareness strategies; the routes & dimensions of wellness, psychology & various psychotherapy models just did not exist, so in 2018 I set out to create it and In 2019 Kaizen Mindset UK was born.
